Recently there has been much media interest regarding standards in aesthetic surgery. The Australasian College of Cosmetic Surgery considers tough new regulations ought be applicable to all practitioners of cosmetic surgery, irrespective of their training background, as the only way to ensure public safety. Mr Tansley was interviewed about this for Channel 9’s ‘A Current Affair’. The program went to air nationwide on Wednesday 18 April 2018 and internationally to a syndicated audience of up to 81 million people.
