The treatment typically lasts between 10 and 20 minutes, depending on the settings required for the individual patient as all skin types vary. These treatments are non-invasive with no downtime required. Patients can resume normal activities immediately after the treatment. Treatments can be performed every 2-3 days or as directed by your specialist. It is recommended to wear sunscreen on the treated area after the session, as the skin may be more sensitive to sunlight. Sunscreen is also recommended on any area where there is scarring that would be visible to sunlight. This is because direct sunlight on scars can:
